Author, Spiritual Midwife, and guide for those standing at the threshold of transformation.

For more than three decades, I have devoted my life to helping people remember - remember their wholeness beneath their wounds, their wisdom beneath their conditioning, and their connection to one another beneath the illusion of separation. 
I come from a lineage of midwives in rural Alabama, and I've spent the last 30 years carrying that medicine into a different kind of birth: the birth of wholeness.  Through retreats, trainings, writing, and leadership work, I support the tender labor of transformation - where shadow becomes wisdom and repair becomes a way of life.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: we are not here to become someone else. We are here to remember who we have always been.

Long before we had language for boundaries, belonging, or sovereignty, many of us learned what was required to remain safe, loved, accepted, needed, or connected.

I will keep the peace. I will not be too much.  I will make myself useful. I will stay small. I will never let that happen to me again.

These are Hidden Vows - unconscious promises often born from pain, protection, family loyalty, cultural conditioning, and survival. Over time, they become Sacred Contracts: invisible agreements that quietly govern how we love, lead, belong, speak, choose, and inhabit our power.

In Sacred Sovereignty: Who Governs You?, Niambi invites us beneath the patterns we keep trying to change and into the deeper agreements shaping them. Through spiritual teaching, compassionate inquiry, and reflection, she reveals how these contracts form, how life exposes them through Sacred Portals, and how we can release what once protected us but now limit who we are becoming.

Who governs you now?
In 2019, right before the 2020 pandemic, I wrote "What Color Is Your Soul?: Healing The Illusion Of Our Separateness".  Little did I know that we were collectively headed for the heightened cultural strife that was exacerbated by the televised murder of George Floyd.  The bridge between Social Justice and Spirituality was missing.   I now realize that I was led to write this book in preparation for the work that is being done today.  ​This book offers solutions.   Join me on this incredible journey towards healing the illusion of our cross-cultural divisions and separateness.
