Black Women's Chrysalis Circles Training is a heart-centered journey designed specifically for women dedicated to supporting and empowering Black/African descent teenaged girls.  Participants are given a plethora of tools and resources to nurture and sustain their own emotional health and wellbeing while supporting our girls.
